I couldn’t exercise it was so bad. After my first consult with Adam I could tell he definitely knows his stuff. Very professional, welcoming staff from Adam himself to the ladies at front desk.
I thought I’d have to get orthotics but he knew exactly what my problem was. He advised on correct footwear, strengthening and stretching exercises, (that I now do religiously) and I’m now pain free and back into my regular exercise. Thanks so much Adam. Needed help quickly and they found me an appointment with out fuss. I saw Adam, he was very professional and explained what my issue is very clearly.
