- Elizabeth Willis Added December 19, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst customer service. Having purchased 2 pairs of glasses, upon the staffs recommendation, i have had nothing but problems. The hinges on both pairs continually break, not just the screws falling out but actually break. The first time they happily replaced the frames, the second time they tried to charge me a $40.00 fee, The third time they replaced the frames as a gesture of "good will" however they claim it is not a warranty issue. This is on one of the pairs. The other pair has been replaced once, I now have 2 pairs of glasses both with broken arms and both totally useless and Specsavers wont do anything about it. As i explained to the staff, i am not standing on them, they literally break in my hands when going to place them on my face. Clearly there is a fault with the product, and Specsavers choose not to acknowledge it. Never go there again.
