  I sent 2 emails through for a property I was interested in over 3 days with no response. I also phoned and left 2 voicemail messages for 2 days for a property I was very keen on that were not responded to. Then I find out that said property was under offer and I was not even given the opportunity to put in an offer. I would not recommend this agency as they are frankly incompetant and cannot be relied upon. They are not worthy of trust.

  James and Azmi Fernando are great realtors. They are professional, friendly, responsive and very easy to work with. I've used Raine and Horne Berwick to manage my investment Property and also to sell my investment property. Both experiences have been great. Would definitely do business in future with the team.

  James has been a very big help. He really work very hard to get our sale through, he always gave us updates and has been very transparent in all transactions, he is very professional, accommodating and always down to earth. We are so thankful that he’s are agent. Even though the interest rates were going up, He made a very good sale for us. I can highly recommend him.
