Was on his mobile when I arrived, and just nodded at me and then when he was ready, glanced at my shoes, interrupted me when I started to talk about what they needed, and said there was nothing that could be done to repair them. Interrupted me again to patronisingly explain to me how the shoes are constructed (which I already knew as its not hard to see by looking), and said again he couldn't repair them. Took them to another place further down the line who worked with me to work out how to fix them, and went ahead and did so. Don't go to this bloke in pakenham central - he is lazy and rude.
