  After talking to the spare parts rep by phone, we ordered some spare parts by email on the 17th December, providing all part numbers to ensure a quick turnaround. We made a follow up call in early January to check on the progress of the order. Nobody knew of the status of the order, and we were promised to get a call back. Over the next week, we rang four times with no change, and no return call. Finally, we were advised that the order had not been placed with the distributor. This is not acceptable when we are waiting on these parts to be able to use the machinery. The staff did not seem apologetic or seem to care much about the delays.

  They dont seem to care that it take weeks to book in a service. They charge $2.50 /km travel to do the service. None of this was explained when i booked in the service. A bit deceiptful.

  Brought my grandson a pedal tractor for Xmas as I’m going away he got his present early and the little tacker was just as excited about the empty box as he was with the tractor lol
  Great service from all the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

  I like this place. I am a bit of a dummy when it comes to tractor repairs ( a mechanic I am not! ) the service people carefully look at all my photos then try and match them with parts on the computer. They don't have that look of " you are blond and female, why are you trying to repair a tractor? That's a mans job"
  Something i am used to! They are friendly, helpful and encouraging. I think that prices are reasonable buy to be honest I haven't bought John Deere tractor parts anywhere else so really can't compare prices. Anyway
