The process from quoting to laying both floorboards and carpet in our new home was easy, communication was great and quality exceptional. Even going back in to check out rugs and purchase one, Steve and his team remember my name and ask how it’s all going. It’s an amazing customer experience shopping here and I’ve already recommended Decorug Pakenham to others! So impressed… thanks Steve, Janine and the rest of the team.

Steve, who served us took down several rugs before we made our final decision, the epitome of patience.
