    We recently moved to this area from country town.since then we have been shopping in this Coles (Cardinia lake)..in over all experience we found staff specially on the register are careless and rude...looks like they not interested in working...behave as if they working in Coles for free......doesn't greet u or wish u,this is a fare story they don't smile at u pretend as ur buying stuff for free and they paying ur bill...Manager and other Asian girl are helpful and nice....Coles has to trained there staff as they have trained them in countryside......
    Countryside Coles are best.....to shop...
    Coles we don't expect such a poor service from you...
    Security guy Here is much better than the staff.they have to learn from him...he is a true Gentleman
