  I recently visited YPS Imaging Centre, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
  The imaging technicians were highly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions.
  
  I highly recommend YPS Imaging Centre.

  Don’t recommend especially if you’ve experienced loss and want a scan for reassurance.
  
  Sonographer was unprofessional. Images were blurry and not clear. Didn’t talk at all instead complained that it’s the end of the day for her. Didn’t hear a heartbeat or was even told a heartrate. Was just told that “ baby is moving so theres definitely a heartbeat”. Another man who I’m assuming Was a student was already in the room, as the scan begun the sonographer mentioned he’ll watch. No point asking then I was already on the bed. I had to ask for a photo at the end which she agreed to but hesitated. The whole time she was just sighing loudly as if I was a massive inconvenience.
  
  As a healthcare provider myself, im appalled at the quality of care. As a mother, im just disappointed.

  I was able to get a bulk billed appointment “next day”, which was incredibly helpful as other places were $210 and a 3 week wait.
  All staff encountered on the phone, at reception and for my procedure have been very professional.

  Terrible experience. The guy who did my daughters ultrasound completely misdiagnosed the problem and didn't answer the doctors specific question. He had medical students attending the appointment and didn't ask our permission to have them attend. These same medical students were discussing another patient in the waiting area. Highly unprofessional! I discussed this with my doctor too, so hopefully he no longer refers patients to this practice.

  I visited YPS imaging couple of weeks ago and christine who is the sonographer did a great job. She thoroughly explained all the things to me. I felt great during my pregnancy scan. She ended giving me beautiful pictures of my bub. Absolute love. She had medical student inside the room even to them she was so nice and explaining the things. I would love to come back here for all my other scans. Highly recommended .
