  27/4 at around 5.30 pm ordered subway from the store manager. I think her name was Roxy. She did not have any customer service at all. I felt that she wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. I was actually nervous to tell her what I wanted in my subway sandwich that’s how bad it was. We all get busy at work and it’s not only her. but if you can’t handle the stress you shouldn’t do a job. Specially when you need to deal with customers face to face. I have never had this issue with any One else here but today I really got sick of subway Pakenham

  Ordered at 6.30pm did not arrive until 9.53pm. Emma did not care, all she was worried about is herself telling me just make a complaint. Then the order was wrong Chicken Schnitzel Salad, Regular Salad was a large and the Chicken Teriyaki Salad, Large Salad was regular, you would of thought in 3 and a half hours you would get it right. :( NEVER AGAIN, Roxanne should sack the staff and start again, at least I better get a full refund.

  This subway is absolutely horrible ! After having to wait 45 min in store to get a 6” for our granddaughter. The servers were unbelievably slow and seemed to have no idea what they were doing.
  Make your employees start wearing hair nets if they can’t keep their hair under control!
  
  This is the second time we have waited here and the is not expectable and will not be coming back here.
  
  What a shame subway restaurants are normally good

  We ordered 4 platters today for our workplace. We didn’t give them much notice when we called up with less than 2 hours to make them but they lady had a positive attitude that they would be done no problem. Picking them up they were ready on time. I’m not sure the lady’s name but her service number was 560408 on the receipt- she was so lovely! And made my day with her humour. She even helped me carry them to my car. 12/10 customer service and I actually missed out on having a wrap or sandwich they went that fast! But the boys loved them. Definitely recommend for a stress free hassle when catering for a large group.

  This subway is absolutely horrendous! After having to wait 35 min in store to get a wrap made and this is what I have ended up with! The servers were unbelievably slow and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. The hygiene was disgusting as proven in the photo I’ve attached!
  Make your employees start wearing hair nets if they can’t keep their hair under control!

  Let me paint the scene, 9.40pm I arrive on location. The whole shop front is glass, so I can see that there is one person standing inside, my thought process "oh ill be in & out'. Boy was I wrong. I pull up, park, wait inside for a few minutes ask the guy infront If he has even ordered yet, he hasn't. I look at the 'sandwich artist' in disbelief at how slow she's working, like I'm talking just didn't want to be there, making sure the cookies fit all perfect in a bag of 2. She's the local Milkwoman, milking the job as long as she can. I just leave after this, I drive away,, do a u turn & laugh in disbelief as I see old mate still hadn't ordered as I laugh & drive home

  The staff here are so rude. Especially one girl, no name on her name badge.
  I saw the sign on the wall asking customers to be patient due to staff shortage and that’s fine but to roll your eyes at customers and shout your questions instead of asking politely just shows how little you even want to be there.

  Subs are always made pretty good, not shy on ingredients unlike some other subways, the staff are polite and respectful. The letdown is that sometimes the online orders aren't made when expected. However you can always just take a bunch of napkins to make up for the that.

  I'm not sure why everyone believes the staff here are rude. I get lunch here almost every weekend when I work and not once have the staff been rude to me or anyone else. They are always rather happy and cheerful. Occasionally the sub quality varies but I've had that at every subway I've been to.
  All around good subway
