  Would give zero stars if possible
  
  I had Gil come out to our house and do a measure up and draw some plans so we could have a shed built. I Based the dimensions of my shed on his drawing.
  I then ordered and paid ( Payment must be made IN FULL before delivery) for the shed and when the concreters came and did the formwork it turned out that all the measurements were wrong and if they had gone off Gils plans we would be almost a metre into our next door neighbours property.
  Which then meant that the inspector would not pass the job as it was different to approved plans.
  We were then told by council that we would have to re-draw plans with correct measurements, submit them to council again and get them reapproved. Then redo formwork , concrete etc.
  This took 8 weeks .
  By moving the shed 1 metre to get it onto our property now means that i cant fit trailers between house and garage like i needed
  We rang sheds and beyond to tell them and they said bad luck.
  They have done absolutely nothing to help us. Have denied any wrong doing even though they measured up, drew and submitted plans to council for approval. They refused to give any kind of reimbursement for any of the extra costs.
  So now i am around $3000 extra out of pocket and i have a shed that does not meet the requirements of what i originally bought it for.
  Sheds and beyond will not answer our calls and have told us they dont want us to have any form of contact with them unless its through a lawyer.
  So now our only way to recover costs is through VCAT

  After I paid the deposit, we found that a shed could not be built at our premises due to council restrictions. I was told the deposit would be returned, but even after follow up calls, our deposit was never returned.

  I would highly recommend the team at Sheds and beyond for your next shed installation. They were always so helpful and very happy when I changed plans three times, they were able to adjust the order to suit what I needed. Their service and professionalism is awesome.
  Being local as well, makes it easier for them to know what is needed in the Cardinia and other local Shires.
  I would definately use them again when I need another shed or playground equipment.

  The shed itself was delivered with little notice before I was ready for it even though I was promised that I would be given a week’s notice. Then the appointed installer was a disaster and Sheds and Beyond didn’t want to know about it. We were left on our own to deal with the fallout. Very poor after sales service.

  I bought a shed from Sheds and Beyond a couple of years ago and it's still going strong. Very good quality compared to others on the market. If you're looking for a good strong shed you can't go wrong with these guys, great service as well! They put it up for me. Even if I wasn't a neighbour within walking distance I would still buy from these guys if I needed another. Buy Australian, support local business, everybody wins and you get a good product you can rely on and won't regret your purchase down the track.
