Not the first time food has been cold but this time was ridiculous, especially given that we can track it on Menulog. Why are you not keeping food hot whilst waiting for pick up?

I ordered through their App and joined the loyalty program too on the App. Process was very simple & straight forward. Waiting time was 25 min which is understandable & actually very good for a very busy store. 10/10 for everything
