  These lovely guys carry a fantastic range of pets, and knows so much about every single one. They use their experience and knowledge to show us these cute birds.

  went to the pet show today and was very excited to pet the birds but when I was queuing, the group of people behind scolded at me, saying that I was cutting in their line just because they didn’t see me queuing. The staff there also claimed that they have been waiting for a long time and let them go in first. I was also waiting patiently and it doesn’t mean I cut in the line if you couldn’t recognise my face. I got offended by being treated this way like I was the one who was selfish. Two stars are for the birds. There should be clear signs and directions for queue. It totally ruined my mood.

  The reply implied again that I didn’t line up but I did line up from the same direction, not the other side where the group of people claimed. I didn’t know how your staff couldn’t recognise me, or is it because I’m Asian? It didn’t make sense to ask for a CCTV check just because of this kind of stuff but I should have done then.
  I know it’s a bit unfair to blame you on this since I could not reach out to the group of people who told me off, but the whole point from my perspective is, if you were not 100% sure that I cut in the line, you shouldn’t just listen to what other people have said and treat me like that:)

  Lakehouse Pets is an amazing business.
  As soon as you enter the stunning property, you are greeted by the local fauna who are all really friendly. The owners are very passionate about their business and take the time to make sure the pet they sell is suited to the buyer. They allowed us to hang out at the Lakehouse and get to know the bird we wanted before we decided to buy it. Overall a great experience.

  This magnificent property instantly makes you feel at home. I felt like I knew the owners my whole life! So many birds that it’s impossible not to find your special friend. Can’t wait to go back and meet the next generation of hand reared babies
