Chris gave me exercises and massaged my arm and said that it was coming from my neck. After a couple of visits the pain has subsided and an mri showed that l had a bulging disc in my neck. I would recommend Chris as he was so helpful in my recovery.

- Lisa Camp Added December 10, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I highly recommend Chris Latimer! I've suffered lower leg pain for 3 years which diminished my quality of life in both a physical and mental capacity. I've had all kinds of tests, specialists and a recommended sports physio by my GP to no avail. After only a few visits, I was beginning to see progress. I'm now down to fortnightly visits and have been able to walk my dog, play cricket and be back in the gym. I can't thank you enough for your assistance Chris and look forward to my full recovery. Chris is Knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, great communication skills and a good sense of humor.

It was good to have a conversation with a medical professional and not be talked AT and down to but rather on a personal 1 to 1 basis. I left feeling like I has really been listened to and is advice was super helpful Oh.... and he is a great physio too :). Thanks Matthew for your assistance!!
