  First time shopping at Focus on Furniture and to be honest I was highly surprised! Great range of products and at affordable prices. Ended up buying a bed frame and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Will be back to purchase other furniture here in the future.

  Better than Amart in terms of quality. Victor is amazing and goes above and beyond. He made furniture shopping fun and took the stress out of it.
  Edit: just had our dining table delivered by the most courteous and efficient blokes. Nathan and the other man's name I didn't get- great guys! Focus On Furniture Pakenham, your delivery guys are awesome!

  One of the better trips I've had to this outlet. Service wasn't too pushy for a change. The team there gave us lots of time to walk and look and decide. We ended up getting a matching price against another lounge we were tossing up against buying. Thanks for the professional approach today team Focus On.

  We were so happy with our experience and customer service with Greg. Who helped us find the perfect furniture for our new home, to our particular measurements. We was so friendly, had a great sense of humour, excellent product and styling knowledge for us who were first timers decorating a new home. It's all the one per centers that really take customer service from good to amazing- of which he did! We went in store on the Tuesday and our items were delivered on the FRIDAY!! That's right TWO days later and we couldn't we happier with our choices. If you are looking for exceptional help for new furniture or decorating in your home, look no further and ask for Greg, his your man!

  Went to this store yesterday. lady with short hair just happened to assist me when i called her otherwise she didn't even want to come help me. It felt like she was forced to help me. She had no smile on her face and felt she is forced into the job. Like if you don't want to help people out, why exactly you are there.
  
  Do something you love and don't be there if you don't do what you are hired to do so. The quality of customer service was appalling and beyond disgusting. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. THEY LOST NEARLY $2,500 WORTH OF SALE JUST BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE DISPLAYED BY THAT LADY.
