  Booked over the phone on the 20/5/22 for Saturday the 28th one night only clearly stated we needed a room for 4 adults so 1x queen bed and 2 single beds. Upon arrival i clearly stated we need a room for the above(again) but were giving a room to accommodate 3 people (room #37). Went back to reception and notified them thats not was I was after then after some conversing the gentlemen swapped the room key card for #57. Checked out our room and it was what I was after in the first place this cost another $38 on top of $170 which i was happy to pay. Then Sunday the 29th we checked out at 10am happy with our stay then Monday morning I noticed an additional $162 dollars that was taken out of my account totalling $370 for 1 night stay in only 1 room as I had canceled the original room. So an extra $162 was taking out of my account the day we checked out without my consent which I refuse to pay this has been the worst motel experience I've had especially when they don't return you're calls.I will be taking this higher.

  Great location. Been 4 times in past 5 months and always good. Special mention to their excellent French restaurant which has recently reopened. Fantastic food, wine and exceptional service led by the wonderful Martine. See you again soon tks ☺️☺️

  Very outdated and staff don't know what they are doing. Chair was broken in the room, bed sheets smelt bad, towel hanger on door was falling off. Wanted to do some computer work for an hour on the table in restaurant, was allowed to one day and the next day was asked to leave - no one was even in there, great way to treat your guests, very accommodating. Would not stay there again.

  Price was good and the rooms are good size and clean. Pool was closed and the happy hour only has 3 spirit so no bourbon. They only offer vodka gin and scotch as part of the happy hour with the spirit.
